From first step to first session.

Why two tiers, not one?

Different problems need different levels of engagement. One stuck offer doesn't need a retainer. It needs a week of focused attention and a plan in writing. A business already running needs the opposite: not a program, but an outside brain you can reach every week.

Most advisors force you into their pre-built program regardless of what you actually need. That's backwards. The tier fits the problem.

What happens after you book (Tier 01)?

Nothing to apply for. You pay, you land on a scheduling page, you pick your first call. No qualifying call, no gate. The Strategy Intensive is the one you can start today.

What happens after you apply (Tier 02)?

Applications go to me directly. I read every one. Within 72 hours you'll either get a calendar link to book a 20-minute fit call (we see if it's a match), or a decline with a short note on why, usually with a suggestion for where to go instead.

Not everyone gets in. That's intentional. I take a small number of clients at a time so the people who do work with me get my full attention.

Questions

Before you commit.

I'm already in the Academy. Can I still apply?

Yes, and Academy members get priority review. The Academy teaches the model; the Advisor seat is me applying it to your specific business.

What's the difference between the Academy and Agency Advisor?

The Academy is self-paced training + community. Agency Advisor is me, personally, working with you twice a month on your specific business. Think of the Academy as the textbook and Agency Advisor as the office hours with the professor.

Why is Agency Advisor billed quarterly?

Because the work is quarterly. The offer and pricing review lands once a quarter, and a month isn't long enough to see whether a positioning change actually moved anything. Quarterly billing matches the billing to the engagement.

Can I message you between calls?

That's what the weekly async review is for. Send questions, links, numbers, drafts, whenever they come up. I work through everything in one block each week. It's a standing slot on my calendar, not a ticket queue.

What if Agency Advisor isn't the right fit after a quarter?

Then you don't renew. There's no auto-escalating commitment; each quarter is its own decision. If life happens mid-quarter we can pause for up to 30 days, once per engagement.

Does the Strategy Intensive credit really apply?

Yes. If you do a Strategy Intensive and then join Agency Advisor within 60 days, the full $597 comes off your first quarter. One credit per person, and the Advisor application still applies.

Do you work with companies (not individual marketers)?

For fractional CMO-style engagements with companies, email me directly at rich@richux.com. That's a separate conversation from the tiers on this page.

Why isn't there a guarantee?

Strategy Intensive is two calls and two written documents, delivered inside two weeks. The value is the thinking, and refunds on thinking aren't meaningful. Agency Advisor is ongoing: if it isn't earning its place, you don't renew. That's the guarantee.

What happens on the fit call?

Twenty minutes. You tell me where you are and what you want. I tell you honestly whether an Advisor seat is right for you. Sometimes I'll point you at a Strategy Intensive, or at the Academy alone, if that's genuinely the better fit. No pressure.
