How it works

From application to first session.

Why three tiers, not one?

Different problems need different levels of engagement. A pricing question doesn't need 12 weeks. Launching a business does. Optimizing a running business needs neither — it needs an outside brain on retainer.

Most advisors force you into their pre-built program regardless of what you actually need. That's backwards. The tier fits the problem.

What happens after you apply (Tier 2 and 3)?

Applications go to me directly. I read every one. Within 72 hours you'll either get a calendar link to book a 20-minute fit call (we see if it's a match), or a decline with a short note on why — usually with a suggestion for where to go instead.

Not everyone gets in. That's intentional. I take a small number of clients at a time so the people who do work with me get my full attention.

Questions

Before you apply.

I'm already in the Academy. Can I still apply?

Yes — and Academy members get priority review. If you've completed L1 (Full-Stack Marketer), you qualify for the hard guarantee on the 90-Day Accelerator automatically.

What's the difference between Academy Pro and Agency Advisor?

Academy Pro is self-paced software + community. Agency Advisor is me, personally, working with you twice a month on your specific business. Think of Academy as the textbook and Agency Advisor as the office hours with the professor.

Can I pay in installments for the 90-Day Accelerator?

Yes. I offer 3-month payment plans (3 × $2,499) at no extra cost. We handle this on the fit call.

What if Agency Advisor isn't working after a few months?

On month-to-month you can cancel anytime. On the 6-month engagement, there are no refunds after month 1, but we can pause for up to 30 days once per engagement if life happens.

Do you work with companies (not individual marketers)?

For fractional CMO-style engagements with companies, email me directly at rich@richux.com. That's a separate conversation from the tiers on this page.

Why isn't there a guarantee on Strategy Intensive or Agency Advisor?

Strategy Intensive is two calls — the value is the feedback itself, delivered in under two weeks. Refunds on calls aren't meaningful. Agency Advisor is ongoing — if it's not working, you leave. The 90-Day Accelerator gets a guarantee because it has a clear, time-bound outcome.

What happens on the fit call?

Twenty minutes. You tell me where you are and what you want. I tell you honestly whether this tier is right for you. Sometimes I'll recommend a different tier (or Academy alone) if that's genuinely the better fit. No pressure.
